Polyurethane V Groove Wheels
Polyurethane V Groove Wheels are designed to run along matching V-shaped tracks for guided and stable movement. The wheels can be molded directly from polyurethane or machined from cast polyurethane bonded to a wheel core.
The wheel core can be manufactured with aluminum, carbon steel, bearing, keyway or straight-bore structures according to the equipment design. The polyurethane layer provides a resilient running surface with good abrasion resistance, shock absorption and reduced operating noise.
