- Co-extrusion Innovation: No More Peeling Unlike standard market belts where a PVC layer is glued to a PU base, POLISAN Co-extruded Belting is manufactured as a single integrated piece. This molecular bonding ensures the top grip layer will never peel or degum, even under heavy lateral stress.
- High-Friction Soft Top Surface The top "Supergrip" surface (approx. 50A Shore) is specifically formulated to be soft and tacky. It provides exceptional grip for steep-angle conveyors while remaining gentle enough to prevent scratching or marking finished products like polished ceramic tiles.
- Versatile Substrate Base Our super grip surfaces can be applied to various POLISAN V-belt profiles (A, B, C, D types). The base is made of high-strength 90A Shore polyurethane, ensuring long-term tensile stability and abrasion resistance.
- Reinforced Tension Members For high-load or long-span applications, POLISAN offers reinforced versions with Kevlar or Polyester cords. This limits belt elongation, reducing the need for downtime and constant adjustments.
