Polyurethane Wheels are industrial wheels manufactured by applying polyurethane elastomers to cast iron, steel or aluminum wheel cores. Depending on the wheel structure, roller bearings can be integrated into the steel or aluminum core to support smooth operation.
Compared with harder metal wheels, polyurethane wheels provide a resilient running surface with good wear resistance, shock absorption and reduced operating noise. They can also be designed for applications exposed to moisture, oil, hydrolysis, acids, alkalis and other industrial chemicals.
